Oliver 1850

I recently pulled the engine and hydra power unit out of my 65, 1850 To replace the output

shaft seal that was leaking. While I was at it I replaced the input shaft seal on the rear end that the hydra power connects to. Before doing this the clutch worked fine and disengaged the chain drive. Now the clutch won’t disengage the chain drive, and I don’t know why. The hydra power unit was never separated from the engine. Does anyone have a reason why this has happened. I hope it doesn‘t mean having to pull the engine.
