How to Submit Articles & Ads

• Electronic format: While we can use just about any file, using Word or PDF files are preferred.

• Digital pictures: Photos should be taken using high resolution for clarity and sent as .jpg files.

• Articles, photos and ads can be emailed to hpolivereditor@gmail.com

 

ADVERTISING RATES

• Pay in advance for an ad of the same size in three consecutive issues, and we will discount to
  the old rates. Email hpolivereditor@gmail.com 
  for discounts.

• Layout charges: Advertising rates include up to one hour of layout time. Any time over that will be billed out at $50 per hour.

• Payment is appreciated when submitting ad.

• We are a full color publication, and no longer offer black and white ad rates.
