Everybody is welcome and encouraged to join in the discussion on the forums of this site.

To post on any of the forums, you will need a username. You can register for one by clicking on Register near the top of any page on the forums, or by clicking on the following link.
http://www.hartparroliver.org/phpBB2/pr ... e=register
You can then choose your username and password. You will need to enter a valid email address as well. Once you have gone through the registration process, an email will automatically be sent to the email address you have entered. There will be a link in that email to activate your account. You will not be able to log in until your account is activated. This feature helps cut down on the amount of spam on the forums. Some email spam filters will mark this registration email as spam, so if you do not receive an email shortly after registering, please email webmaster@hartparroliver.org with the username you have chosen, and I will activate your account for you.

To make sure it stays a place that everybody can enjoy there are just a few simple rules that everybody will have to follow.

1. No swearing.
This is a family oriented club and forum. Trying to get around the swear word checker by using odd characters is not fooling anybody.

2. No personal attacks. If you're not sure if what you are saying is a personal attack, then it probably is.

3. No spam. This includes unrelated advertisements and links.

You may not agree with these rules, but if you can not follow them, then please do not post to the forums on this web site.

Posts that violate these rules will either be edited for content, or deleted. Repeat offenders will be banned from these forums.

If you believe anybody has violated these rules, please notify me at webmaster@hartparroliver.org

Information contained in posts are the responsibility of the person that posted them. The HPOCA can not guarantee the information in any post is accurate. Use the information on this web site at your own risk.

Thanks,
