I can't harvest my soybeans when it looks like this outside. It's October 12th, and it's a white out. The road is already covered, even though it was over 70 two days ago. The picture I took is already outdated.

Gotta love Michigan....

That looks like my front yard today! Most of it is gone now, but it was around 29 degrees at 6:30 this morning. With the leaves still green on so many trees, it reminded me of one of those late snows in april when everything is budding.

I was surprised to see two Springports in MI. I am guessing you are west of Detroit.

Sorry about the slow reply, our internet connection has been terrible. We now have sattelite internet, much better.

I didn't know about the second Springport until a couple of years ago when I was getting driving directions online. You're right, we're west of Detroit, less than 10 miles north of I-94.

I made a trip after a piece of equipment near Milwaukee last week and found out Wisconsin has three Franklins. Mapquest is good but I just got Microsoft's Streets and Trips GPS for my laptop and it is real nice. I drove right to two addresses near Milwaukee without a problem. That is quite a trip to do in one day.
