Spell checker

Postby Former admin Chris L » Fri Apr 30, 2004 10:22 pm

I have installed the spell checker. You will see the SpelChek button next to the preview and submit buttons. Click on it and it will give you options for the words it thinks are spelled wrong.

It's not perfect, but it should help.

Let me know what you think

Chris:

Is there any way to make the spell checker learn (add) words that are not in its dictionary?

Sorry, but there isn't. The spell checker is hosted on another site ( hence the ad banner) , so I don't have control over it.

I am looking for a spell checker that can be hosted on the HPOCA web site, but for now, it looks like this one will have to do.

Chris:

Thanks for the answer. Too bad it won't add words, but it is a whole lot better than nothing!!
