OC-4

Postby Donald Lehman » Tue Jan 07, 2014 6:01 pm

The OC-4 seems to be a handy little item to have around this winter! had it sitting outside in this last rain before it froze up again. Needed the shop space for truck repairs. Got water in the switch. Gotta heat the switch to thaw it out to start it and heat the swtich to shut it off. oh well. it needs a new switch anyway. Supposed to warm up this weekend. Guess I'll be replacing that.

Yes finally. It hasn't been any harder winter than last year, but we haven't had any mid-winter break either. I expect I'll be using the dozer to open the sugar bush roads again this year.

At the time I rebuilt the thing I was beginning to wonder if I was stark raving crazy for the amount of money I spent. After using it for a couple of years I realize it was about the best money I've ever spent in my life.
