Need some help on how to take out the priority valve plug on my pressure valve. Does it screw out? Or is it just pressed in and the oring are making it stick?

Im still fighting my hyd system. After raising any implement, we cant lower untill it feels like letting you or you lower the 3 point a bit then it seems to lower. Fluid levels are good and filters are new. I was going to try and clean and inspect springs, seats and replace orings on the pressure valve and see if one was sticking causing it not release when wanting to drop the planter.

What did you find out??? Have an 1850 with an similar issue. Lift arms stay up, can hear the relief valve blowing. My next step is to check the char Lynn unit to see if someone swapped a closed center unit for the open center it is suppose to have.
